Our Team

Robb began studying the various dance disciplines at the age of eight. Upon the completion of his studies, Robb took his years of experience in dance to the stage, performing professionally and teaching throughout Canada and the United States.

Jennifer Skogstad has been teaching for Robb Card Dance since 1996. She has taught preschool dance, and various levels of ballet and jazz. She currently teaches Intermediate and Senior Advance Jazz.

Jenny began dancing at Robb Card Dance at the age of six. After many wonderful years of training and assistant teaching, she became part of the teaching staff in 1997.

Pam has been dancing since her childhood and is trained in tap, jazz and ballet.  She began taking classes at Robb Card Dance shortly after moving to Kelowna in 1995 and started teaching classes at the studio in 1997.  
Bri started dancing at Robb Card at the age of 4 and has never looked back! Her love of dance and performing has continued to expand into all different disciplines of dance including jazz, tap, ballet, and hip-hop. Bri began teaching at Robb Card in 2007 and has taught a variety of levels including preschool dance, junior ballet, various levels of jazz, and junior and intermediate tap.
Chantal began dancing at the age of 3. She has trained and competed in ballet, jazz, tap and musical theatre. She has trained at The Royal Winnipeg Ballet, represented Kelowna in the BC provincial competition and has completed both her elementary and intermediate RAD exams. Chantal is so happy to share her knowledge and love for dance at Robb Card Dance Studio.

Lauren’s love for dance began at the age of 4 when she first began training and performing right here in Kelowna! Lauren specializes in Ballet and her training is in the RAD syllabus.
Whitney started dancing at Robb Card Dance Studio in 2003 studying different forms of dance, including ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop. 
Christina grew up dancing in her hometown, Penticton. She started in ballet and tap at the age of 5 and expanded her dance education to include jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and modern dance training.

Tara started her career in dance, performing with Martinique School of Performing Arts. She was awarded scholarships to take professional classes in New York and Vancouver in the late 1980’s. She studied various styles of dance throughout her training, and then went on to perform in various productions such as the Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Annie.

Laura was born and raised on Vancouver Island where she began dancing at the age of 6.  Ballet and Jazz were soon a daily part of Laura’s life and she competed in many music festivals and took her RAD and Cecchetti examinations to an advanced level. 
Emma began taking classes at Robb Card Dance when she was just 3 years old and has had a love for dance ever since. Through many years at the studio she has trained in ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop.
Desiree has been dancing with Robb Card Dance since she was 3 years old and has loved every minute of it! During her years at the studio, she has studied ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and hip hop. She is currently teaching ballet, jazz, and tap. Desiree also grew up as a competitive figure skater and is now a certified NCCP figure skating coach. Throughout highschool, she was involved in drama, choir, and musical theatre choreography. She is currently attending UBCO. Desiree loves sharing her passion of dance with her students and looks forward to watching them learn and grow every year.
Milena is one of our most passionate and energetic preschool ballet teachers! She is thrilled to be back teaching at Robb Card Dance. 

Keira has been dancing at Robb Card for over 13 years to date. She has trained in ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary. Prior to becoming a teacher at the studio, Keira was an assistant for over 4 years.  Keira is also a talented singer and actor. Her passion for the perfornming arts is something that enjoys sharing with her students.

Alex Geoffrey has been dancing with Robb Card Dance Studio since 2000. Her primary training has been in ballet, while also learning tap, jazz, and hip-hop. Alex has loved dancing since she was three and is thrilled to have the opportunity to share her love with the kids she is teaching.
Alyssa started dancing and competing at the age of 3. She grew up attending Victoria School of Performing and Visual arts, where she first learned about choreographing. She went to open a studio in Golden BC which she ran for years teaching tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop and musical theatre. She choreographed shows for her students to perform abroad such as on Carnival Cruise Lines, as well as to compete in competitions over the years. She now calls Kelowna home and teaches multiple disciplines at a couple studios in the city. It is Alyssa's passion to share her knowledge and love of dance with all her students in the Okanagan.


Kiana has been dancing with the Robb Card Dance Studio since her early childhood years. After several years assisting in classes, Kiana is very excited to start teaching her own classes.
Amelia began her dance training at Robb Card Dance in 1998 and has since studied in multiple styles of dance. In adddition to dance, she has studied classical music and performed with various local symphonies, orchestras and choirs. Amelia hopes to inspire her students to grow both as dancers and performers. 
Larissa began her dance and performance career in London, England at the age of 4 and has trained in jazz, hip-hop, ballet, lyrical, contemporary and musical theatre throughout Europe and North America. Larissa received her Commercial Dance Diploma through Pineapple Dance Studio and the London Theatre School. When Larissa is not teaching and dancing she is working at Showtime Dance Promotions as the Production Manager where she travels across Canada with some of LA’s Top Dancers and Choreographers running different Dance Competitions. Larissa hopes to pass along her passion for dance.

Annika joined the Robb Card team in 2015. Annika has studied and competed in multiple styles of dance but specializes in ballet. Annika teaches junior and intermediate ballet classes at the studio.

Katie’s passion for dance began at the age of three in her hometown of Canmore, Alberta. Katie has been classically ballet trained in the RAD syllabus, and has trained in a variety of other styles including jazz, modern, and contemporary. Katie has competed in a variety of competitions. Katie currently teaches ballet at the studio while attending college, and continuing her own dance training. Katie’s love for dance has shaped her into the person she is today. It brings her tremendous joy to see her students in the beginning of their dance journey, and watch them fall in love with the art as well.

This is Paighton's first year teaching at Robb Card, but she is no stranger to the studio! Paighton has been dancing and training at Robb Card since her preschool years! We have enjoyed watching her grow and evolve as a dancer, student teacher, and now staff member.
Allison was born and raised in Ontario and began her life of dance at the age of 5. She has extensive training in acrobatics, jazz, tap, ballet and lyrical styles. After competing for several years, Allison then graduated from York University's BFA honours in Dance Program. Allison has been teaching for over ten years now and is very excited to join the Robb Card Staff for 2017 and is currently teaching ballet.
